Great Wall Club US is hiring. Multiple positions.

The Great Wall Club is a dynamic international network, focus on Mobile Internet industry, with a rapidly growing C-level member base. We have just started our business in the U.S. and are seeking for a passionate, tech loving well-rounded rockstar that can build the brand and drive sales of GWC products like the Global Mobile Internet Conference (GMIC), GWC membership, sponsorship, and monthly events, among our American target markets.

Please note that this is a ground-floor, roll-your-sleeves-up opportunity. You will have an opportunity to wear many hats and play a hands-on role.

1.   Event Marketing/Sales: Full time / Part time / Intern

Your Profile

You have good “people skills” and negotiation skills. You have excellent writing skills and In-depth understanding of social media platforms. Previous conference sales experience is strongly preferred as well as knowledge of international business-to-business conferences.

Your Role

You will take on the sales duties as part of a more general management role including marketing and operations as well. You’ll be responsible to promote GMIC as well as selling tickets to the general publics by using all the possible channels, like PR, events, newsletters, blogs, and Social Media (preferably Twitter / YouTube /LinkedIn). You’ll also be assist in managing partnership for the events.

2.    Business Development: Full time / Part time / Intern

Your Profile

You are a confident sales negotiator with an excellent communication skills and previous experience of working in a target driven event sales environment. You will be self-motivated, be comfortable with speaking with high-level international decision makers and have excellent writing and organizational skills.

Your Role

You will be contacting international business executives in Mobile Internet Industry. You will be selling CEO membership, corporate sponsorship, group tickets, and exhibition booth space to both new business and existing contacts. You will be e-mailing marketing material, cold-calling new contacts and following up on enquiries.

SVAndroid will host a Google TV Hackathon at Google Campus supported by Google TV DevRel

We are still working on the detail now, but the format will be very similar to our 2011 AnDevCamp:
