Brian Ringer – CTO Rhapsody.
Brian Ringer is Chief Technology Officer for Rhapsody International, thelargest digital music subscription service. At Rhapsody he leads the teams developing Rhapsody’s award winning mobile applications, as well as managing Rhapsody’s overall technical operations.
Brian has managed technical teams for over 20 years in the Internet and Digital media space. Prior to Rhapsody he served as Vice President of Platform Systems and Music Engineering for RealNetworks, where he oversaw the development of the media platform supporting RealNetworks’s consumer and mobile businesses.
He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA, where he did research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks and Computer Vision.
Cristiano B. M. Oliveira, Chief Technology Officer, Spring Wireless USA
Cristiano has been working for Spring Wireless since its inception in 2001. As CTO, he is responsible for technology strategy and innovation, as well as oversees all technical activities (products, presales, projects and operations). Prior to joining Spring Wireless, Cristiano worked at SAP in Brazil as senior consultant for Telecom and Utilities industries, and technically led SAP engagement in the largest ERP implementation in Latin America. He holds a MS in Industrial Engineering with high distinction and a BS in Robotics & Mechanical Engineering (ranking 2nd out of 120), both from University of São Paulo. Cristiano has also won various Academic Awards, including two SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) Baja contests, on which students are tasked to design and build off-road vehicles to compete in a real-world race.
Ojas Rege, VP of Product, MobileIron
Ojas joined MobileIron in 2008 to lead product development. Before MobileIron, he was Vice President of Global Mobile Products at Yahoo!, responsible for Yahoo’s mobile search, email, messaging, and content services. The team delivered SMS, mobile web, and client applications for phones, and built extensive platforms to deal with the daunting global fragmentation of mobile technology. Ojas started in mobile in 2000 as Vice President of Product Marketing at AvantGo, one of the first software developers for Palm and PocketPC handhelds. AvantGo was purchased by Sybase iAnywhere Solutions in 2003. Before AvantGo, Ojas managed the online video gaming team at Acclaim Entertainment, spent several years with Boston Consulting Group, and started his career in 1988 as VAX/VMS product line manager at Oracle. Ojas is also a Board Member for Pact, a non-profit in Oakland California that provides adoption services for children of color and their parents. Ojas has a BS/MS in Computer Engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from Stanford. He has spoken on numerous panels.
Dhana Pawar
Ms Pawar contributes a wealth of experience in to the wireless industry. She has worked extensively with a list of leading carriers like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and brands like P&G, Disney, NBC & Toyota. Ms Pawar is a regular speaker at tech events, and has been quoted on CNN, ABCnews, All Things Digital along with other leading publications. Ms Pawar is also the Managing Director for the Silicon Valley of Girls in Tech, and sits on the advisory board of startups like MobiQpons & Zazum.

experience that includes: mobile internet, venture capital, and corporate development.
He currently serves as Managing Director of DNA Investment Partners, LLC an early stage venture investment firm. DNA is investing in companies based in the USA and China, industries centric to IP Communications and Digital Media Distribution.
Vidya Ravella, Vice President ofMarketing doubleTwist
Vidya is responsible for all marketing, communications and strategic partnerships, including relationships with carriers and 3rd party app stores. Prior to doubleTwist, she ran marketing at Servo, a Khosla Ventures-backed mobile start-up where she defined the brand and launched user trials and co-marketing with global carriers such as China Mobile and Singtel/Optus. She also held various roles at Walt Disney Company working in marketing, business development and account management. She handled the marketing launch for Disney’s mobile offering and was the key contact for the corporate alliances with HP, Visa, Siemens, Kodak and OfficeMax. Prior to Disney, Vidya was an Assistant Vice President at JPMorganChase. Vidya holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
Stoyan Kenderov Head of Mobile Alliances, Intuit
Over 6 million small businesses and 20 million consumers in America rely on Intuit’s software for managing their finances, acquiring new customers, taking payments, tracking sales and expenses, and paying employees. Roughly a 1/5 of the nation’s GDP passes through Intuit’s software in one form or another. Recently Intuit was voted the #1 most trusted software brand by small business owners in America. As more and more users continue upgrading to smart phones, the expectation is on Intuit to deliver mobile applications that extend its cloud based and desktop based software to the mobile phones. Stoyan is in charge of Intuit’s mobile business and relationships with the mobile industry. He has been an active contributor to the wireless industry since 1999. Stoyan co-founded 2 start-ups, one in Germany and one in the US, serves on the advisory board of two current start-ups in stealth stage, held executive positions at PuddingMedia, Amdocs, and KPN-Qwest and can still be caught writing mobile apps when nobody else is looking. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Sciences from University of Karlsruhe, Germany and a BS in Mathematics. He completed post-graduate work at Stanford university.
Bhaskar Roy, Co-Founder & SVP of Product, Qik
Bhaskar has over 15 years of experience developing and bringing innovative products to market. As SVP of Product at Qik, Bhaskar leads the company’s overall product strategy and roadmap, and truly is the central hub of all Qik’s initiatives.
Prior to Qik, Bhaskar was a Senior Director of Product Marketing for SMB Products at Oracle helping to grow the revenue of this division to over $100 million. While at Oracle, Bhaskar also served as Director of Product Management for Real-Time Communication. Prior to Oracle, Bhaskar led channel marketing at PlaceWare (now Live Meeting after the company was acquired by Microsoft). Bhaskar has also worked at Tandem Computers/Compaq Computers (now HP) managing product development and quality control as well as at Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Developer.
Bhaskar has a BS in Computer Science Birla Institute of Technology, India.
