F50, the co-investment platform for fundable founders raising $1-3M, is looking for energetic people to join our team!  F50 identifies fundable founders and matches them with qualified investors in our network that F50 focuses on companies in the following sectors:

– Consumer mobile

– Enterprise / Big Data / AI

– Gaming

– Smart Hardware / Robotics

We currently have 3 full-time junior level positions and multiple short-term  contractor / internship positions (Two-three months) open immediately:

1. Startup Hunter

2. Executive Assistant

3 .Operation / Logistic

4 Event Coordinator (Part time contractor, 2 month)

5 Internship (Part time or full time, 2-3 month)

== Startup Hunter

Roles and responsibility

As a Startup Hunter you will network with entrepreneurs and identify fundable founders and startups. You will help entrepreneurs apply for the F50 program and demo day. You will work with the selected F50 founders and startups to prepare for Demo Day, and work with the F50 team to match these startups with qualified investors via the F50 ecosystem.

Job Requirements

Strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship. Interest and experience in networking with entrepreneurs and identifying fundable opportunities. Must be strategic thinker with analytical mind.  Must have the ability to build relationships and work with founders. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Business background and/or degree a plus.

== Executive assistant

Roles and responsibility:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organize and maintaining files and records
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist with investor and founder relationships
  • Assist with organization of F50 events
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

As the executive assistant you will be organized and able to multitask effectively.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to thrive in a fast paced startup.  You are a people person and enjoy working with a variety of people.

This will be a great entry level position for someone with a passion for venture investment.

Fresh graduate welcome. No H1 sponsorship.

== Operation/Logistics

Roles and responsibility

As the operations/logistics manager will be responsible for payroll, managing F50’s HR, helping and creating program budgets in collaboration with the F50 team,  and other misc. tasks.  The operations/logistics manager is primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s financial functions.  You will also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Job Requirements:

As the operations/logistics manager you will have some experience in finance.  Have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.  You will have demonstrated leadership in managing major projects and initiatives.  You posses excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.  You will excel in a fast paced environment and are able to challenge and debate issues of importance to F50.  As operations/logistics manager you will also be able to delegate responsibility effectively and have a high comfort level working in a diverse environment.
