== Full Time Investor Relationship / Membership Sales
The Sales & Service Associate (SSA) is primarily in charge of selling company’s flagship membership program: Global Capital Insider, to both corporate and individual members; The SSA may also sell to customers for sponsorship to F50’s multiple conferences each year.
As a member of the startup company. You’ll are expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be hardworking, bold, ambitious, and analytical to thrive in this position.
What you’ll do (this may expand):
- Prospect GCI members, primarily the investment decision makers of Venture Capital, Private Equities, as well as Startups.
- Visit prospects and close the membership sale, ie. Travel is expected. Most travel will be within the bay area though.
- Deliver services to GCI members. Such as arranging a tour of Silicon Valley Startup Companies; Making introductions; Host cocktail party among the GCI members etc.
- Brainstorm with the rest of the team about how to boost revenue.
- Offer assistance to other team members when necessary
- Help management standardizing sales operations and optimization, such as reviewing commission structure, configure salesforce software etc.
- Represent the company in diplomatic activities
What you’ll need:
- Ambition to become an important player in financial (investment) networking
- Strong verbal communication skill
- Basic technical skills, such as making presentations using Powerpoint, sending emails through marketing automation system, such as MailChimp, etc.
- Basic marketing skills – examples of blog posts, social media posts and professional creative work is a plus
- Proactive, self-driven problem solver
- Open to travel

The Executive Assistant shall perform multi-facet functions including, events logistics, marketing material design, marketing contents, social media, general marketing support, hiring, training, HR documentation.
As a member of the Executive Team, you must be comfortable working closely with the Business Development, Logistic, and Content teams. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be hardworking, bold, ambitious, and analytical to thrive in this position.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively manage CEO or the President’s Daily Activities (Calendars, Meetings etc.)
- Organize the CEO’s office
- Represent the company in diplomatic activities
- Coordinate with all departments in executing CEO’s decision
- Participate in HR functions, such as hiring, on-boarding, training etc
- Orchestrate Financial Conference, coordinate with multiple teams and third-party to make sure the project proceeds in an organized manner.
- Marketing functions: produce marketing content and ensure that is it accurate and engaging; create designs that are visually appealing and effective; oversee the social media strategy: Newsletter, LinkedIn, and Facebook

== Event Coordinator / Manager
If you a self-driven individual who’s ready to be a key player creating global influential content with leaders in the investment / venture ecosystem, then this opportunity is meant for you! You’ll be working as part of the key team to build Silicon Valley’s largest and best global investor event!
F50’s bi-annual flagship conference, the Global Capital Summit (GCS) will host the summit this year at May 3rd and Oct 2nd in Silicon Valley. The summit will feature 500+ attendees including highly selective VC executives, influential long term investors, corporate ventures, and corporate executives, assessment companies, and group of highly selective local CEOs will be in attendance.
Primary Responsibilities
- As a key member to produce F50 bi-annual Global Capital Summit during Spring and Fall, including budgeting, timeline, and content planning.
- Drive and maintain relationship with executives participating in the programs, Assist / coordinate communication between roughly 75 tier 1 venture capitals and founders.
- Oversee event registration website (Eventbrite) to ensure quality attendees.
- Curate interesting VC content/theme then identify speakers to speak at the Summits.
- Invite qualified Investors and Founders to attend F50 events.
- Manage printing, and updating of printed and online materials used for promotion of event, education about event, and on-site to facilitate event
- Assistant private receptions for top tier investors leaders globally and China.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years of experience working with high class investment related events / conference
- Great communication skills, able to work individually as well as leading team members.
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with quality results
- Candidate must demonstrate a high level of computer “efficiency.” MS Office, Google Drive and social media must be second nature..
- Consistent desire to go the extra mile and do more than what is asked, never less
- Understand the startup environment,Prior experience with a startup company is a plus
- Strong understanding of venture investment is a plus
== Associate / Business Development, LightFusion Capital
F50 is looking for a Associate for our LightFusion Capital business, to join our newly soft launched advisoring / consulting business for investors.
The Associate shall perform multi-facet functions including, analyst, business development.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively support partner’s Activities (Calendars, Meetings etc.)
- Represent the company in diplomatic activities
- Search and evaluate potential startup or MA target, create financial models, and communicate key variables and risks with the team.
- Identify potential investor networks and corporate/strategic investors within target industry verticals with the capability to invest..
- Establish and deepen relationships with venture capital/private equity funds, technology firms and intermediaries.
What you’ll need:
- Strong communication skills and intention
- Ambition to become an important player
- Deep knowledge and experiences in one or more of the following verticals: HealTech, DeepTech.
- Possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of startups’ assessment. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “investment readiness”.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business/team relationships.
- Possess deep analytical skills to perform analyses on startups and due diligence.
- Exceed at building and maintaining business relationships, online and offline.
- Finance Advisor / Broker license/experience preferred.
