David Cao Stepped Down as Organizer for The largest meetup in Silicon Valley

The organizer of the largest meetup in Silicon Valley announced that he had stepped down. The SVEntrepreneurs meetup  which just updated its logo / website last week, will be organized by a group of organizers instead. He is the announcement to the group from David Cao

I am very sorry to inform you that I had stepped down as “The Organizer” for this group to focus on spend more time on my new startups F50 and also investment. It was lots of fun for organizing this group since 2008.  I met so many great people including founders.

SVEntrepreneurs will be managed by a team of passionated community organizers, and I will give strong support. I am confident that SVE will remain as a great place for early startup founders to connect  Of cause, SVE always welcome new energies to help: http://goo.gl/BvleX. I will still organize few events myself in the future, including hiking to Big Basin, Biking around Bay, etc.
BTW, I am also stepping down from most of the meetups I organized / created last few years.
Best Regards,
David Cao
Founder & Chief Startup Hunter
